Illusionist Blake offers five types of
shows:
The Birthday Party Show
The birthday party show contains many traditional tricks that have stood
the test of time such as the Linking Rings, or the Die Box in which
a Die is made to disappear and re-appear using a “Magic Box.”
Other tricks in the show involve silk handkerchiefs, balls, cards, cylinders,
coins, and “flopsy” Richard’s pet (flat) rabbit, all
presented in his unique performance style. A small present can be made
to appear for the birthday boy or girl. (A small gift, about the size
of a Pringles canister must be provided prior to the show). All the
kids’ shows end with a small, contained, table-top fire in a bowl
that magically turns into a bowl full of candy to be given to the kids.
The show is timed to music and has a lot of audience participation.
The show is approximately 30 to 45 minutes in length. Illusionist Blake
uses a black velvet drape as a backdrop that can be set up in the corner
of any room effectively turning it into a stage area. A 45 minute set-up
time is needed prior to the show. The show is typically held indoors
but some changes to the show can be made to allow for outdoor shows.
The fee for the Birthday Party Show starts at $165
within San Antonio, Texas.
Show fees beyond San Antonio are negotiable.

The
Deluxe Birthday / School Show
The most popular of Illusionist Blakes’ shows, the deluxe birthday/school
show provides “the most magic for your money”. It contains
many illusions used in the Birthday party show but only illusions that
can be seen by a larger audience, such as a school assembly or in a night
club. The content of the show depends on the occasion. The show features
Illusionist Blakes’ signature card manipulation act
in which cards appear at his fingertips, and the appearance of
a live rabbit. Modifications can be made to suit your needs i.e.
advertise a product, the dangers of drugs, or stress the importance of
reading. You provide the material and it will be presented in a magical
way that will be long remembered after the show. This show has been proven
successful at birthdays, schools and libraries throughout San Antonio,
Texas and references are available upon request.
The fee for The Deluxe Birthday/School Show is $195 within

The Corporate
Show
This show is a smaller version of the stage show and is designed for large
audiences in theaters or at corporate functions and contains the larger
illusions from The Deluxe Birthday/ School Show. It also features; Sphere,
a mystifying version of the floating ball, the Milk trick,
in which Illusionist Blake shares the secret of the illusion with the
audience but with a magical ending, Modernistic Amputation
in which he magically removes a portion of his arm.
The fee for this show is $400 within San Antonio, Texas.
Show fees beyond San Antonio are negotiable.

The Stage Show
The stage show contains larger scale, more dramatic illusions. It features
The Levitation Illusion act, where a person is suspended above the stage.
Illusionist Blake must coordinate details with you, prior to the show,
to determine who will be levitated as part of the act. The key factor
of the stage show is found in the name, the show requires a stage. The
Stage show can not be done in a living room or a garage. It is designed
to work in an auditorium, or larger venue. The show runs approximately
45 minutes to an hour. This show uses a professional silver slit drape
for the backdrop making any stage look spectacular.
The fee for this show is a minimum of $600 and may go
up based on several factors: size of the audience, stage size, distance
traveled number of stage hands, and the type of event.

The Close-up/Walk-around
Show
This Show contains small illusions typically performed one-on-one. Don’t
let the word small lead you to think that these illusions aren’t
as good. In fact, these are some of the best illusions done today. Many
have been performed on national TV. The venue for this kind of show would
be at private dinner parties or in a restaurant performing at each table.
The fee for the Close-up/Walk-around show is $100 per
hour.
Thank you for your interest in magic. I look forward to performing for
you soon!
